i was appeared in the net stream Education i got the aggregate marks 59.20 and belongs to general category but my roll no 26090188 was not in the final result decalered by ugc. but a blunder mistake done by ugc is that my colleagues belongs to general category and have also education stream and got the aggregate of 55.20 decalred in detailed markssheet by ugc and his roll number is also in NET result decalred by ugc. i am totally surprised that what is the reason behind this to selecting my colleagues. for verification roll of my colleague is 48091218. who are goind to file writ kindly consider this point this is valid point.

In view of increase cut of criteria of 65% for general candidate after conducting the exam it is so high.Sir, you may agree with my view that without the target it is very difficult to any one to achieve it like an racer may run without any target and after finish of race it was made clear that how much K.M. he has to run in how much time, this is not happen in any education institute or other. Please correct it.

the criteria of aggregate 65% 60% & 55% for qualifying the NET, ( previously 45% under the negative marks system) even if consider the native condition -1/4 for wrong answer it become 60% in aggregate as equivalent in the no negative condition. Hence i request you to consider the equivalent marks (60%) instead of 65% which is abnormal to any condition.

further, i would like to complain that when a person qualified with the marks of the reservation limit.i.e. between 55% and 64%, the question is that they should not be considered for the said reservation category posts and should not be considered for open category posts since they are not eligible being not secured of the min qualifying marks of 65% for open category for which the criteria is of 65%. kindly give the answer for the legal position in this regard.

I'm a general category candidate.I'm qualified in individual papers with 62%,74% and 60 %. I scored an aggregate of 64.74% in Computer Science and Applications.I'm not qualified according to the revised norms.Why UGC is doing this to us?Cn we get justice?

It is true that UGC has done wrong to Englsh Literature students. It is really painstaking to ponder over the texts for years and years.When we finally think something come fruitful out of our hard labour,the UGC made their rule topsy-turvy. The UGC should have notified their criteria earlier. And even then,UGC must have provided the proper information of the qualifying eligibility of NET and JRF before or at the time of declaring results. Its my earnst request to the UGC to provide us the new syllabus and the qualifying marks with cut off in the official website of UGC.

I m a student of management. I have cleared Paper I & II scoring around 60% and above in both. According to the previous answer keys I had scored 78 marks in paper III and was clearing the 50% criteria but, as per the updated answer keys two questions in paper III have not been evaluated due to which I am scoring 72 and failing in paper III. The students who have attempted these two questions should get the benefit as they have spent time to solve these questions.....

Unlike jrf lecturershp is just qualifying exam so if u get the minimum qualifyng mrks than ugc has no right to categoriese u as disqualified by not mentioning ur roll no among passed candidates.so please dont be the victim of ugc and take the action against their foolish act.lets satrt DHARNA in our respective cities.

Advice to complain to ugc for result of net june 2012 - according to supreme court we should take information about the number and result and get the information under RTI ACT 2005.it is necessery before filing the writ pitition in high court

we can get justice if we all get together .is there anyone residing in or around new delhi amongst you?if so then please file PIL in supereme court against ugc net department asking them to take out another list of those who have qualified their aforesaid criteria.Remember if we do not take an action this time ,we shall be fooled every time by them.

My subject is Computer science and application. I qualified all the three papers but did not secure 65% marks overall. UGC has fixed cut-off rate 65% for. whereas it shoud be subject wise. From management and commerece more than 10000 candidates cleared the exam , where as form computer only 100 students cleared the exam.

therefore we should go to court against it. If any one is interested my phone number is given. and we should make a writ against the common cut-off

UGC has given cut of percentage in P-1 is 40%
P-II is 40% and Paper-III is 50% but all of sudden they have mention cut of percentage of aggregate is 65% in all three papers this against the notification given by the UGC.Please look in this matter.It well be problem who have qualified as per the notification give by the UGC.

dear all this time ugc hike like general commodity price,marks of lect for general total marks is 228 it means if any one secured 65 for p1,65 for p2 and for p3 98.then only rol.no will appear in ugc result site. above marks are taken together does not confused. for ex if any body secure p1 50, p2 60 and p3 118 then he/she may in the list.
i mean total must be 228(65%) for general.

UGC HAS DONE WIIIIILD INJUSTICE TO ENGLISH LITERATURE STUDENTS!!!!!!!!! .I AM ONE OF THE TOPPERS IN PAPER 3 IN GENERAL CATEGORY, TO MY DISMAY , MOST UNEXPECTEDLEY I AM OUT OF THE GAME NOW!!!!!! .
UGC SHOULD SET DIFFERENT CUT OFF MARKS FOR DIFFERENT SUBJECTS.IF UGC WANTS TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF QUALIFIED ONES,IT SHOULD CONSIDER THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS WITH MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS IN EACH SUBJECT AND THEN ONLY THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO SET THE FINAL QUALIFYING CRITERIA FOR DIFFERENT SUBJECTS.WHY SHOULD ONE ENGLISH LITERATURE STUDENT SUFFER AND SHOULD BE CHECKED WITH A HIGHER CUT OFF CRITERIA IF LINGUISTICS OR URDU PAPER IS EASIER AND MORE ONES ARE CLEARING THE MINIMUM CRITERIA? THIS KIND OF BLANKET DECISION MAKING ,IN A LONGRUN WILL LEAD TO DISASTROUS OUTBURST OF DISAPPOINTED ,AVOIDED AND MARGINALIZED MASSES....MANY A LOT OF STUDENTS HAVE BEEN BROODING OVER TEXTBOOKS FOR YEARS AND YEARS TO JUST TO CROSS THIS BLOODY HURDLE!!!! SUCH AN HONOURABLE BODY LIKE UGC IS NOT SUPPOSED TO OPT FOR SUCH A HEARTLESS ,RUDE AND PAGAN DECISION.

For GEN: Paper1+ Paper2 + Paper3 = 228
For OBC: Paper1+ Paper2 + Paper3 = 210
For SC/ST/other : Paper1+ Paper2 + Paper3 = 198

Dear friends if you apply for suprem court for justice , i think those who have scored minimum cut off (p1- 40%, P2-40% and P3-50% in GM) and got medium tough paper like computer science, maths etc will get NET qualification certificate.Because UGC calculate commen cut off it is completely wrong method to maintain std in education and NET is just minimum eligibility checking exam not computative exam.
So Go and ask your justice... We paid exam fees means you have all rights to get correct ad valide result...
ASK THREE MOST IMP QUESTIONS TO UGC
1. What procedure UGC follow to calculate the cut of marks for UGC NET Junior Research Fellowship and Eligibility for Lectureship, (Formulas and parameters, Mathematical Modulation)?
2. Is same procedure is followed in previous exams ?Previous NET exam (December 2011) and Present NET Exam (JUNE 2012) cut off marks calculated procedure information, including parameters considered for CUT OFF marks calculation.

2. Total number of NET exam qualified student in previous and present NET exam, subject wise list. Where you find zero in some subjects and maximum in some subjects.

3. ASK why UGC is not calculating subject wise cut off marks, as calculated in GATE examination, any constraints ? Wht is the problem ?

jaise ki june 2012 ka result aa gaya hai aur cut off bhi de diya hai. koi batayenga ye kya pagalpan hai general ke liye 65% cut off lana wo bhi lecturer ke liye lagta hai pagal samajh liya hai hum sabko.
yaar had hai agar sabse sirf fees collect karke pagal hi banana hai to pahle hi bata do. itna high cut off sirf lecturer ke liye to had hai last year 55% to jrf clear karne ka tha aur is bar to had hai pagal pan ki sidha 10% extra wo bhi lecturer ke liye.
i think ye sab sirf pagal bana rahe hai.

Dear Friends UGC calculating common cut off marks for all subjects , It is completely wrong procedure to maintain standards in education system , because of this in some papers number of qualifying candidates are more and in some tough papers qualifing candiates are zero. In some easy subject peoples score more than 99% then what of tough subjects , even if he/she qualify the minimum marks they will not considered as qualified candidates. If same thing continues peoples attending tough subjects will not qualfy NET exam in there life. Hence, UGC must and should calculate subject wise cut off marks and give equal priority to all subjects.
