Ramdev warns Govt., gives tomorrow's time to act

The call for the fight against corruption of Baba Ramdev entered its second day on Friday as thousands of supporters assembled in the Ramlila Grounds for day two of his fast.

Talking about black money today, Ramdev said "We have declared our agenda and now its time for the political parties to enact. We will not leave from here until the Govt. takes action."

"If there would be an Olympics of corruption, India could have won gold medal," he said.

Pointing to the UPA Govt., he said, "UPA govt will have to clear its stand against black money and corruption. We give them time till tomorrow."

Ramdev appealed the PM and Govt to follow the policy of honesty and said, "If the entire black money of the country comes back to the nation, the increasing prices of various commodities and tax will reduce". Moreover, he said, bringing black money will also help to reduce the existing problem of Naxals and Maoists.

Talking on the Lokpal bill, Ramdev said " The govt should pass 99% Lokpal bill. Though there are some issues but that can be sorted out effectively and amendments can also be made later on".

He also raised his demand of making CBI an independent body and transparent procedure for appointing Election Commissioners, CAG, CVC and CBI director.

Baba Ramdev motivated the croewd with his speech and invited people to celebrate Janmastami at Ramlila Maidan.

Earlier on Wednesday, Ramdev announced a three day symbolic fast and said will declare their further strategy if govt fails to respond quickly.
