Team Anna on indefinite hunger strike, Anna on dharna

Team Anna is all set to begin their indefinite fast from today July 25 at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi. However, veteran social activist Anna Hazare announced yesterday at a press conference that he would begin his fast from July 29 due to the concerns of his team regarding his health. But Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and Gopal Rai will sit on fast from today only.

As expected, huge number of supporters started gathering at Jantar Mantar to support the fast of team Anna against corruption in the country.

At a press conference in Constitution Club yesterday team Anna including Prashant Bhushan, Kiran Bedi, Shanti Bhushan and Kejriwal and Anna Hazare himself gathered and announced indefinite fast from today. However, doctors have advised him to skip the hunger strike. So, he will join the strike after four days on July 29.

Anna arrived at Jantar Mantar and raised slogans like 'Inqulab Zindabad' and 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai' and his supporters waved the tricolour in large number.

In the mean while a group of students, who claimed themselves to be NSUI (National Student's Union Of India) activists, created chaos at Team Anna?s fast venue at Jantar Mantar by shouting slogans against Anna Hazare and asked them to get away from the venue.

Moreover, around 40 people came in a group and raised slogans against Anna and Arvind Kejriwal as soon as Anna climbed the stage to begin his dharna.

Tight security has been arragend by Delhi police at Jantar Mantar, the venue of fast to avoid any odd circumstances.
