Amazon replaces Google as Britain's top brand: Study

According to a study carried out in Britain, Amazon has replaced Google as favorite brand.
Google getting embroiled in a series of privacy scandals is considered as the main reason behind the slip to the second rank.
According to the YouGov Brand Index Google's popularity had "started to wane".
Another giant Marks and Spencer was also kicked to fourth place for the first time by BBC's iPlayer.
The study is conducted twice a year in Britain and measures the popularity of more than 850 brands.
