West Delhi M.P. Mahabal Mishra said that it is need of time that public awareness program should be launched massively to educated them regarding the harmful impact of environment degradation. He was addressing a plantation program organized in Janakpuri B-block on the occasion of World Environment Day in Capital. On the occasion “Sankalp-7000” program was organized.
Mishra said that the degradation in our environment condition has unleashed many trouble for our surroundings. The global warming is one of them, which has emerged as a major threat for our ecology and living things. The rising temperature and decreasing of water level is major cause of concerns for today life. Air, Water, Forests etc all are the important factors for living creatures and plants and it is a matter of sorrow that due to increasing pollution, all have reached to a alarming situations.
Mishra said that people should be made educated with such situations so that they can realize the status of the current difficulty. A net and clean ecology is essential for all of the living thins and people should tri their best to protect them for a better tomorrow.
On the occasion plantation program was started and many personalities including chief guest Mishra planted trees. On the occasion DDA and Forests Departments Officials, Prof. Azad Singh Chiller, Director Maharaja Surajmal educational Institute, Raja Rani, principal Rainbow English Schools and local RWA representative were present on the occasion.
