The candidates who have cleared the written examination have been called for interview by the Service Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence. Those who will clear the hurdle of interview will be given admission in training institutions like Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Air Force Academy, Hyderabad, Officers? Training Academy and SSC courses for men and women.

The ratio of shortlisted candidates is 20.52 candidates for every post.
