Bandh creates double trouble for Delhites

The nationwide Bharat Bandh organized by BJP has badly affected the traffic arrangement and public transport system in the capital. BJP workers blocked major parts of the city and on several places trains were disrupted. Though Delhi Metro was spare from bandh effect yet due to failure of other means of transportation, it was badly affected due to unwanted crowd. Auto drives have also supported the bandh for the price hike in CNG by Delhi government, which has increased the ordeal of commuters in capital.

On support of bharat bandh many senior BJP leaders lead the protestors and ensure the bandh success. Akshardham, Laxmi Nagar, Janakpuri and Mayapuri are the most affected area by bandh where normal life got badly affected.

BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi who was protesting with party workers at Akshardham flyover said that people are with the BJP and we will try our best to support the common man's initiative.

Bandh in Delhi has got double trouble for the Delhites as several auto-rickshaw unions joining the shutdown. They are opposing the price hike in CNG by Delhi government and have supported the bandh, which created woes for commuters. It is noted that nearly 55,000 autos and 15,000 taxis are expected to stay off the road throughout the day.

Maximum markets in capital have closed their market in support for the bharat bandh. Nearly 300 trader associations in the city have claimed to support BJP for the shutdown.
