Gahlot elected as Dy Chairman of Standing Committee

South Delhi Municipal Corporation elected its chairman and Deputy Chairman for its Standing Committee. Rajesh Gehlot elected unanimously Chairman of the Standing committee whereas M.Nagarajan elected as Deputy Chairman for Standing Committee.

Similarly, Mr. Satish Upadhyay and Mrs. Kusam Khatri were also unanimously elected Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Education Committee respectively.

The elections to these posts were held today in the Meetings of Standing Committee and Education Committee respectively in the Hans Raj Gupta Meeting Hall, Dr. SPM Civic Centre.

All the development are very crucial for Bhartiya Janata Party as it had won a comfortable victory in North and East Delhi Municipal Corporation but it was not easy for South MCD.
