New Delhi, Thu, 03 May 2012 NI Wire

When Chris Gayle started demolishing Kings XI Punjab their decision to field first after winning toss looked incorrect and people thought this match too is going to be one sided. But KXIP survived Gayle storm and managed to mark a 4-wicket win over RCB in yesterday match.

Batting first Gayle hit 6 fours and 4 sixes in his inning of 71 in 42 balls and out-of-form Kohli to made a contribution in this match, he made 45 in 42 balls. But their innings went in vain. With their contribution RCB put a score of 158 on board which looked defendable. Azhar Mahmood took 3 RCB wickets.
