US molested girl served legal notice to Sidhartha Mallya for his 'Tweet'

An Indo-American women who on Thursday night was allegedly molested by Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) player Luke Pomersbach, on Saturday has issued notice to the team's owner Sidhartha Mallya for his allegedly 'derogatory tweet'.

The girl has sought Mallya an unconditional apology, her advocate inform to media by adding that if he refuses to do so, that will file a defamation case.

"A legal notice is issued to Sidhartha Mallya for his twitter comment. We will wait for his reply. And if he refuses to apologise, we will file a defamation case against him," advocate of victim Jitendra Garg said.

On Friday, RCB owner Sidhartha Mallya tweeted: "The girl who is accusing Luke is saying he hit her 'fiance'... what a load of f****** s***. She was all over me last night and asked for my bbm (blackberry messenger) pin, so if he was her fiance she wasn't exactly behaving like a future wife."

Pomersbach is alleged to have molested the woman at the ITC Maurya Hotel here early Friday morning and beaten her fiance Sahil Peerzada.

Delhi Police registered a case of molestation against Pomersbach, who was later released on one-day bail by a city court.
