KKR vs DC: Deccan still probing for their victory

A mere score of 126 meant Deccan Charger was again moving in the familiar direction, direction of loss. And in the 19th over Kolkata Knight riders sealed a 5 wicket win over Deccan Chargers giving them their 5th consecutive loss.

In the 29th match of IPL and first IPL match that was played in Barbati stadium of Cuttack, Kolkata Knight Riders marked an easy 5 wicket win over Deccan Chargers.

Kolkata Knight Riders won the toss and choose to field and their bowlers responded well especially Brett Lee who gave just 15 runs and taking 1 wicket in his 4 overs. Balaji and Narine took 2 wickets each.

KKR also had to fight for their win as the Deccan bowlers also bowled well. Steyn again was outstanding taking 2 wickets in his 4 overs. But the score was not enough and in the 19th over KKR seized a 5-wicket win over DC.

Brett Lee received man of the match for his economical spell.
