SDMC extends online scheme of sanction of building plans
South Delhi Municipal Corporation has extended the online scheme of sanction of building plans. This online facility is extended for other categories of properties plots situated on Notified Roads, Industrial Plots, in Village Abadis. Scheme has also been extended for applying for approval of B-1 Forms i.e. Notice for commencement of work and information for intimation of completion of work upto plinth level, in respect of those cases sanctioned under Online Scheme.
Earlier the online scheme was for residential plotted development. Through the scheme the people are benefitted at large as it provided hassle free procedure without any manual intervention for examination of building plan as well as charges. Building Department of SDMC has decided to extend the online scheme for sanction of building plans after getting the good response from public.
Building Department is planning to cover the other sections and modules of colonies such as Special Area and Extension for the online sanction of building plan.
