New Delhi, Nov 1 (IANS) Delhi saw a partly hazy Thursday with the maximum temperature recorded one notch below average at 28.8 degrees Celsius. The met department has forecast a misty and foggy morning Friday.
While the minimum temperature Thursday stood one notch below average at 15.3 degrees, the humidity wavered between a high and low of 94 and 48 percent.
"Friday morning will be misty and foggy but the sky will be clear during the day," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
The maximum and minimum temperature are likely to hover around 29 and 15 degrees, respectively.
