Mandy Burgess, 42, was among 100 people who won the jackpot in a special EuroMillions Olympic draw, the Daily Mail reported.
Her 21-year-old nephew Kiaran Stapleton has been jailed for life for shooting 23-year-old Bidve on Boxing Day last year.
He shot Bidve at point blank range and stood over his body laughing.
Burgess is a mother of three and was married to Damian Noonan, a major figure in Manchester's underworld before his death in an accident in 2003.
