Dehradun, Sep 14 (ANI): At least twelve persons were reported to have been killed by a cloudburst in Uttrakhand's Rudraprayag District on Friday morning.
According to television reports, twelve people died and four others were injured as dozens of houses caved in.
Although no official confirmation about the number of deaths has been made, the toll is likely to go up.
