Mathura (Uttar Pradesh), Sept 1 (ANI): At least three people were injured after a commercial vehicle hit the passengers returning from a pilgrimage here on Saturday.
Speaking to reporters, Narayan Singh, one of the eyewitnesses, said the pilgrims were returning from Parikrama Marg and a vehicle driven in speed injured three to four people.
"We were coming from the Parikrama Marg and a speedy vehicle came and injured few people who were walking and sitting on the roadside. Three to four people are injured," Singh said.
The injured have been admitted to the district hospital.
The emergency medical officer at the district hospital, R. N. Garg said that the injured have been provided with adequate medical treatment.
"We have received three injured persons and we have provided them with adequate treatment. We have no information about the causality," Garg said. (ANI)
