London, August 23 (ANI): An American man who is said to have a voice so deep that it is inaudible to human ear, has been chosen to sing in an album put together by the composer of last year's Royal wedding music.

Tim Storms has a vocal range of 10 octaves, and is a Guinness world record holder for having the widest vocal range and hitting the lowest note, G -7 (0.189 Hz).

"My lowest note would be somewhere around if you were to take another piano and sit at the bottom on the left side of the piano, that would be about how low I can go - eight octaves lower than the lowest G on the piano," the Telegraph quoted him as saying.

According to a specialist doctor, the singer's vocal chords are "twice as long" as the average person's.

The bass notes of Storm's voice caught Paul Mealor's attention, who had composed some of the music for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's wedding.

Mealor and Decca Records were in need of a new bass singer for a choral recording with the St Petersburg Chamber Choir.

The song features a low E (41.203 Hz), a note that Storms was used to hitting. (ANI)
