Indian firm to invest in Pakistan

Islamabad, Aug 22 (IANS) Indian firm Godrej wants to make an investment in Pakistan, a media report said.

The investment will be made in the country by the end of the year, it announced.

The company said the total worth of Godrej group's business amounts to $3.30 billion and the group intends to invest in Pakistan and other countries in order to expand its business, reported Geo News.

The firm said Pakistan was the sixth largest country in terms of population and is a huge market for consumer products.
