Cloudy morning in Delhi

New Delhi, Aug 18 (IANS) It was a cloudy morning in the capital Saturday with the minimum temperature settling at 28 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average. The met department forecast light rains towards evening.
"The skies would remain generally cloudy. Light rains or thundershowers are possible towards evening," an India Meteorological Department official said.
"Maximum and minimum temperatures will hover around 35 and 27 degrees Celsius," the official added.
Humidity was 81 percent at 8.30 a.m.
Maximum temperature Friday was 35.6 degrees Celsius, two notches above the average for the season.
