Becks sports chiseled silver look for undie ad campaign

London, August 17 (ANI): Silver statues of David Beckham that shows him wearing only underwear have been erected in various locations around New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, as part of the new Hand M underwear campaign.

The unveiling coincided with the release of the new black and white shots of the 37-year-old footballer which showcase his new range for the chain.

The father-of-four showed off his toned physique, as well as his numerous tattoos, in the pictures that were shot in LA by photographer Alasdair McLellan.

"Hey everyone, here are a few shots from my new Bodywear range for H and M. Hope you like them," the Daily Mail quoted Beckham as writing while posting the black and white pictures on his Facebook page.

Fans responded in their thousands by 'liking' the pictures and commenting on how "hot" and "handsome" the footie star looked with his moustache and quiff hair do.

The LA Galaxy player joined forces with the clothing company to design a range of underwear for men in February, following in the footsteps of his fashion designer wife, Victoria.

"I am so excited about this new campaign for David Beckham Bodywear at H and M," he said in a statement.

"I wanted to express the strength and quality of the David Beckham Bodywear collection with these images and also the wearability and fit.

"I love the range and feel so comfortable in each of the pieces. It has become second nature for me to wear it!" the statement read. (ANI)
