Joe Jonas says ex-flame Taylor Swift's new break-up song 'not about him'

London, August 16 (ANI): Joe Jonas has said that he is not the inspiration behind former girlfriend Taylor Swift's new break-up song 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,' as they never tried to get back.

"I don't think we've ever tried [to get back together] another time, so I can tell you it's not about me," the Daily Mail quoted him as saying in Washington DC's radio station Fresh FM.

"That said, I think the song is great. Taylor does pop music really well and I'm happy for her," he said.

The 23-year-old actor said that while the two were on good terms they hadn't stayed in close contact.

"I haven't really spoken to her recently, but I was able to go to her concert last year, and her show live is so phenomenal.

"I would say anybody should go see it if they haven't had a chance," he added.

Jonas is currently single, having dated Camilla Belle and Ashley Green in the years since his split from Taylor.

Meanwhile, Taylor is enjoying a new fling with 18-year-old Conor Kennedy, of the famous Kennedy family. (ANI)
