Celebs asks the burning Olympic questions on Twitter

London, July 28 (ANI): While most celebrities were probably out clubbing, a few of them chose to stay indoors, watch the Olympics Opening Ceremony and Tweet about it.

The Olympics Opening Ceremony is otherwise known as the longest programme in the history of television.

"Why isn't Kerry Katona carrying the Iceland flag?" the Mirror quoted 'X Factor' judge Louis Walsh as tweeting.

He seemed so pleased with himself, that he stayed with the theme.

"I find it unfair that Iceland has an Olympic team and Farmfoods andTesco don't," he tweeted.

"'It's so colourful out there now..' - BBC commentators reduced to this insightful nonsense now," Piers Morgan tweeted.

"So many people in tracksuits - it's like The Arndale Centre on Saturday afternoon," Comedian John Bishop cracked a joke.

Fashion designer Henry Holland was blown away by her Maj and Bond.

"NEVER been more obsessed with The Queen! Such a legend!!" Holland tweeted.

"I've heard David Beckham is going to carry Lisa Scott Lee on his shoulders as they zip wire into the stadium," Denise Van Outen tweeted.

"Loving the doves!! Safe to cycle round London like that?? I may try!" Radio 1 DJ Fearne Cotton tweeted.

"#OlympicCeremony this is cool," 'X Factor' crazy cat Kitty Brucknell tweeted.

"Now we're talking. Come on the monkeys," Dermot O'Leary tweeted.

Even former TOWIE lass Maria Fowler stayed in for the night and got all inspired.

"I am going to follow the Olympics. Things like this are good. Ppl coming together. #london2012," Fowler tweeted.

Additionally, the man himself, who's basically secured himself a career in party planning, Danny Boyle, was well chuffed with everyone's support.
