Sofia Vergara lands cameo role in 'Family Guy'

London, July 25 (ANI): Actress Sofia Vergara, who was recently crowned the highest-paid actress on U.S. television by Forbes, has joined the cast of hit U.S. comedy 'Family Guy'.

The star would appear as a guest star, who is the fantasy love interest of lead character Peter Griffin.

According to EW.com, the Colombian stunner's episode will air during the upcoming 11th season, and will feature a number of surprise appearances by Johnny Depp, Ryan Reynolds and Twilight hunk Kellan Lutz, the Daily Express reported.

Vergara, who is quickly becoming one of the most highly-sought after stars on TV, will also voice the role of Tia Sofia during a hip-hop-themed episode of animated programme The Cleveland Show this autumn. (ANI)
