Wellington (New Zealand), July 22 (ANI): Jonah Lomu's on field magic enthralled fans huddled around TV screens during his sensational rugby career.

Now, according to stuff.co.nz, the legend of the blockbusting All Blacks giant looks set to dazzle on the big screen.

Described as a "documentary movie", it has been produced by Paris-based filmmaker Frederic Khan.

The one minute, 53 second promotional clip features Rugby World Cup-winner Ma'a Nonu, All Blacks great Bryan Williams, Sevens star Eric Rush, International Rugby Board chairman Bernard Lapasset, plus Lomu's wife and manager, Nadene, talking about the rugby colossus.

t also features footage of Lomu in hospital receiving treatment after suffering kidney failure last year. Lomu requires a second kidney transplant after the organ donated by broadcaster Grant Kereama in 2004 failed 10 months ago.

The 63-test All Blacks veteran has spoken in recent years about his struggles and successes on and off the football field.

In 2010, he said: "I have [a scar] from the kidney transplant in the middle of my stomach, the shunt from dialysis on this side [right arm].

"I have a separated shoulder from a rugby injury where I snapped 40 per cent of the joints.

"I had to get that screwed back in.

"I scarred my head in a game where I got kicked with a boot, but instead of stitching it up they wrapped it up so I could carry on playing.

"I'm only 34, but in terms of what my body's been through, I'm more like 54." (ANI)
