Parliament's monsoon session likely from Aug 8

New Delhi, July 17 (IANS) The month-long monsoon session of parliament is likely to begin from Aug 8 and end Sep 11, government sources said Tuesday.

The session will start a day after the vice presidential poll Aug 7.

The monsoon session, which usually starts in July, got delayed due to the presidential election July 19 and swearing-in on July 25.
