Wellington, July 14 (ANI): New Zealand captain Ross Taylor has recovered from a shoulder complaint and is expected to play for the team in the fourth one-dayer against the West Indies at Warner Park, St Kitts.

Taylor landed heavily on his left shoulder while attempting to take a catch in the first Twenty20 match of the series, sustaining an injury to his AC joint in the process.

Speaking on the eve of the crucial fourth match, the New Zealand skipper said he was looking forward to making a contribution out in the middle again.

"For the last two or three days I've been playing a full role in training and been hitting the ball nicely. I did say two to six weeks and I'm fortunate that it's come down to just two weeks," he said.

"The stiffness and the pain has been going slightly and all going well it's looking very likely I'll play tomorrow," stuff.co.nz quoted him, as saying. (ANI)
