Mumbai, July 9 (IANS) Rating a movie or predicting its fate at the box office is not easy for trade pundits, says Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who admires the work put in by trade magazines.

Talking about the importance of such magazines in the industry, the superstar said: "Today, this is yet another example of how important news about trade is for us, producers and people in general. I know it is a very difficult task to be able to give opinion and ratings...to say what is going to work and what is not going to."

The actor was speaking at the launch of new trade magazine - Blockbuster - by producer T.P. Agarwal. Big B unveiled its first edition Sunday here.

"Whatever you write in these magazines is going to influence the thinking of billions of people across the world. Therefore, I really admire people who go through the process of wanting to initiate something like this because I know how difficult a task it is. My very best wishes for the magazine," said Big B.

Sanjay Dutt, Jaya Prada and Prachi Desai among others were present at the event.
