Charlie Sheen's ex-aide found dead surrounded by drugs and booze

Washington, July 3 (ANI): Charlie Sheen's former assistant Rick Calamaro was found dead with a pharmacy full of drugs in his LA apartment, according to sources.

Calamaro, who had been in and out of the 46-year-old actor's life for years, appeared to have had been dead for several days.

Cops found "numerous pain medications and an open bottle of alcohol," TMZ.com quoted Law enforcement sources as saying.

The aide was a club promoter who had known Sheen from decades ago and was reportedly the person who supplied him with drugs - fuelling the actor's drug binge last year.

Rick with Charlie on the trip where Charlie allegedly trashed his room at The Plaza Hotel during a dispute with Capri Anderson.

His cause of death has not been determined. (ANI)
