London, July 2(ANI): Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has ruled himself out of the reckoning for the vacant coaching position of France following Laurent Blanc's decision to quit last week after a disappointing Euro Cup campaign for the Les Bleus.
France drew with England before beating Sweden and losing to Ukraine in the group stages.
They were knocked out by Spain in the quarterfinals, which led to Blanc stepping down after two years in charge.
Wenger said he would be too busy with Arsenal for the next two years.
"There are a lot of names. But me, I will be very busy with Arsenal where my contract still runs for two years," The Daily Mail quoted Wenger, as saying.
Among the other names linked to the job are Paul Le Guen and Luis Fernandez, with Marseille coach Didier Deschamps the current favourite to succeed Blanc. (ANI)
