New York, June 21 (ANI): Former Disney star Kyle Massey has filed a lawsuit against Sarah Palin's daughter, claiming that he along with his brother Christopher had created a reality TV show involving Bristol, only to get cut out of the project at the last minute.

In the suit, filed in federal court in Los Angeles, the Massey brothers claim that they had met Palin on 'Dancing with the Stars' and had developed the idea for a show in which the brothers were to help her meet the challenges of child rearing while adjusting to life in L.A, TMZ.com reported.

In fact, the brothers claim that they had even picked out a name for the show 'Bristol-ogy 101'.

According to the suit, a producer named David McKenzie hijacked their project, cut them out of the show and repackaged the program as 'Bristol Palin: Life's a Tripp' which is set to premiere on Lifetime.

The Massey's are demanding a ton of money, claiming that they were guaranteed 500000 dollars to star in the show plus they want even more cash for coming up with the idea.

The brothers also want a judge to shut down 'Life's a Tripp' as soon possible.

Palin is not listed as a defendant in the lawsuit. (ANI)
