India A lose third 'Test' by 10 wickets, series 1-2
Gros Islet (St Lucia), June 19 (IANS/CMC) India A lost the third and final unofficial cricket Test against West Indies A by 10 wickets and with it the series 1-2 at the Beausejour Cricket Stadium here Tuesday.
India, who resumed at 181 for seven, added 21 runs in the morning before being dismissed for 202 with fast bowler Kevin McClean adding two more wickets to his tally to finish with five for 57.
Needing 97 runs to win, the West Indies openers scored them at a fast clip without being separated. Man-of-the-Match Kieran Powell scored 56, following up his first-innings century, and Kraigg Brathwaite made 39.
The Indians, who won the first "Test" by two wickets and lost the second by 125 runs, could not adjust to thepace and unpredictable bounce of the pitches.

West Indies A 336 (Kieran Powell 139, Devon Thomas 50, Donovan Pagon 30, Kyle Corbin 26; Jalaj Saxena 3-55, Parvinder Awana 3-81, Shami Ahmed 2-75) and 97 without loss (Kieran Powell 56 not out, Kraigg Brathwaite 39 not out).
