Oslo, June 15 (ANI): A child psychologist had advised to remove Norwegian mass killer Anders Behring Breivik from his mother when he was four-years-old because she could not cope with his aggressive and anxious behaviour, according to a report.
The disclosure is the first time the Oslo court has been given details of the 1983 report when Breivik and his mother Wenche Behring spent three weeks in a care centre as she struggled to cope with her 'difficult' child.
"Anders' care situation is so failing that he is in danger of developing more severe psychopathology," the National Centre for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry had recommended.
The report came as Torgeir Husby and Synne Sorheim, the two forensic psychiatrists who concluded that Breivik is a paranoid schizophrenic, gave their evidence to the court, The Telegraph reports.
Their earlier report led to an outcry from parents of some of the 77 people he killed in Norway.
Their lawyers then asked the court to commission a second report, which came to the opposite conclusion that Breivik was sane enough to be held responsible.
If Breivik, 33, is found sane, he will face a 21-year jail term, which could be extended indefinitely if he is still considered a threat to society.
If he is found insane he would receive closed psychiatric care, possibly for life. (ANI)
