China, US hold energy efficiency forum

Beijing, June 13 (IANS) Business representatives of China and the US met here Wednesday to discuss energy efficiency.
The forum, co-hosted by China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the US Department of Energy, was aimed at deepening energy cooperation, Xinhua reported.
China's National Energy Conservation Centre and the urban-rural development ministry have signed agreements with US institutes and businesses concerning energy conservation.
The forum has been held annually since 2010.
