Rawalpindi, Mon, 11 Jun 2012 ANI

Rawalpindi, June 11 (ANI): Senior vice president of PML-N Punjab, Jaffer Iqbal has said that people should support PML-N president Nawaz Sharif in ousting the corrupt Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) rulers from power.

Iqbal said the PPP-led government had failed to implement resolutions passed by the Parliament and the decisions of the Supreme Court, adding that the corrupt rulers had brought all the institutions and economy of the country on the brink of disaster due to their poor policies, reports The Nation.

He said conspiracies were being hatched by certain elements against the apex court for their vested interests and with the intentions to damage the image of the independent judiciary in the country, and added that these elements would be exposed soon.

Iqbal urged party workers to utilise their all resources and efforts in ousting the present government. He said it is the time of "now or never" to get rid of corrupt rulers. (ANI)
