Mumbai, June 8 (IANS) Unit members of the upcoming film "Ek Thi Daayan" were in for a shock Friday when they entered the sets of the film in Filmcity - a leopard was waiting inside for them.

"There was no shoot scheduled for today but the art department had work to do on the sets. But it was delayed as they could not enter the sets because of the leopard being there," Kannan Iyer, who is directing the film, told IANS.

Filmcity is in Goregaon, surrounded by forest. The uninvited guest was later apparently shooed away.

Co-produced by Vishal Bhardwaj and Ekta Kapoor, the film stars Emraan Hashmi, Konkona Sen Sharma and Kalki Koechlin in the lead roles.

Veena supports homosexuality

Controversial Pakistani actress Veena Malik has come out in support of homosexuals.

"I am openly supporting the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) community and I don't feel shy about doing it. If American President Barak Obama and Hollywood beauties can stand up for the gay marriage, so why not every country's citizen should support this cause?" Veena said in a statement.

"I personally feel every person has a right to live their life on their own rules and nobody should interfere in their personal life," she added.
