Capello to reignite Index for rating England players during Euros

London, Jun 1(ANI): Former England manager Fabio Capello would be rating his former players through his much talked about Capello Index, which would return for the Euro Cup.

The Capello Index, launched before the 2010 World Cup, caused such a fuss that the idea was dropped for the tournament, The Sun reports.

But the model is still in place, with Capello devising a way of marking players on their performance and putting it online.

Capello is no longer the England boss, therefore, the Italian is free to judge his former players using the index. The site says it will be up and running on June 8, when Euro 2012 kicks off. (ANI)
