Ecclestone sisters 'snub' Bernie and his fiancee at party

London, May 27 (ANI): Since their father got engaged to the much younger irlfriend Fabiana Flosi, Tamara and Petra Ecclestone have not been on speaking terms with their to-be-step mother.

And apparently little has changed as despite cosying up to each other, the sisters snubbed Bernie and his 35-year-old fiancee at a party in Monaco on Friday night.

Both girls - whose mother Slavic was married to Formula One supremo Bernie until 2009 - threw monumental strops when Bernie first got together with Flosi and there was a period when they wouldn't attend events where she was present and Tamara publicly dismissed the relationship as 'weird'.

The sisters were most probably acting out of loyalty to their mother, even though it was she who called time on her stormy marriage, after growing tired of her husband's business lifestyle.

Fabiana towered over her 81-year-old boyfriend as they strolled the special black carpet at the Amber Lounge event, but by this time, Tamara, 27 and 23-year-old Petra were nowhere to be seen.

The family also chose not to sit together inside the event, with the sisters sitting next to James Stunt and Omar Kyhami, while Bernie enjoyed a chat with Princess Charlene of Monaco. (ANI)
