Excellent move by Tripura govt! - Pension and house is definitely a need at old age.

But think again - is this just enough for overall welfare and development of journalists in the state??

In addition to pension and house, an excellent professional platform with all required infrastructure would enable Tripura Journalists to compete at national and international level.

Urgent need of the hour is to have industry leaders in journalism (e.g star news, zee news etc ..) to set up their branches in Tripura which will give a window of opportunity for budding Journalists from Tripura to unleash their potential and shine in the national and international platform!
