Mihajlovic appointed Serbia football coach

Belgrade, May 21 (IANS) Sinisa Mihajlovic has been named as Serbia coach on a two-year contract, the Football Federation of Serbia (FSS) said Monday.
The 43-year-old Mihajlovic succeeds Vladimir Petrovic, who resigned last year after the team failed to qualify for the Euro 2012.
Mihajlovic had coached Fiorentina, Bologna and Catania in the Italian league.
