UAE Foreign Minister to pay official visit to India

New Delhi, May 16 (ANI): Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, will pay a two-day official visit to India beginning on Thursday.

India enjoys close and multifaceted relations with UAE.

During the last three years, the two countries were each other's largest trading partners.

"Our bilateral trade during 2011-12 was US$ 67 billion. UAE contributes significantly to India's energy security. UAE hosts an Indian community of 1.75 million, the largest expatriate community in the country," the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) release said. (ANI)
