Ace spinner Swann claims England will retain No. 1 tag by a mile ahead of Windies, SA series

London, May 16 (ANI): England off-spinner Graeme Swann has said his team will retain the No. 1 Test team tag by winning all six Test matches this summer at home.

"We're ruthlessly determined to consolidate that position by winning all six Test matches this summer. I'm confident we can beat the Windies before we enter the main event, three Tests against South Africa," Swann wrote for his article in The Sun.

Swann said that it would be exciting to play against the new players, who have been included in the West Indies team.

"I haven't played against some of the West Indies team. So, it will be exciting to come up against new faces. Their coach Ottis Gibson is well known to most England players, however," he claimed.

Swann said that Darren Bravo, with his 'left-handed with mannerisms and strokeplay, was almost identical to his legendary cousin Brian Lara, and would be someone to look out for on the pitch. (ANI)
