Depp loved scary movies as a kid

Los Angeles, May 15 (IANS) Actor Johnny Depp, famous for his dark and quirky portrayal in the "Pirates of Caribbean" series, says as a child he used to love watching horror movies.
"I certainly had this fascination with monsters and vampires, darkness, mystery and intrigue growing up," showbizspy.com quoted Depp as saying.
"Then, as you get older, you recognize the erotic nature of the vampire and the idea of the undead," he added.
