Transgender model 'wants $150k out of court settlement' from Khloe Kardashian

London, May 14 (ANI): The transgender woman suing Khloe Kardashian for allegedly pushing her outside a club in Hollywood is willing to throw out the suit if the reality TV star pays up 150000 dollars.

According to new court documents, Chantal Spears - also known as Ronald Spears, says that she will settle out of court if Kardashian pays up for causing 'mental and emotional anxiety.'

The alleged altercation took place in December 2009, outside of the Playhouse Nightclub in Hollywood.

According to TMZ, Khloe, who is claiming self defence, has countered the request saying that Spears has not properly specified what her alleged damages were - despite being asked several times.

At the time of the alleged incident, Spears told TMZ that the 27-year-old became aggressive after Spears approached her basketball player husband Lamar Odom, who was 30 at the time, and said that he was 'too young to be married'.

The couple had married just weeks earlier on September 27 of that year.

"All I was telling Lamar Odom is maybe he is too young to get married, and all of a sudden I get this big push from this girl," Spears had previously told TMZ.

Spears said that she tried to defend herself, but Khloe pushed her for the second time.

"It was her. I tried to get her and she pushed me again," Spears said.

After the police attended the scene and spoke to Spears, Spears said that Khloe was going to be in 'trouble'.

No one was arrested at the time of the altercation.

"She is in trouble... because everybody saw her hit me first," Spears had said.

Spears, claims in the lawsuit that she obtained serious injuries after Khloe hit her 'in and about her body'.

The case is still ongoing and a judge is yet to make a ruling. (ANI)
