US consulate, Malayalam weekly to organise media seminar

Thiruvananthapuram, May 13 (IANS) The US consulate in Chennai and leading Malayalam weekly Keralasabdam are jointly organizing a seminar on "Media and Democracy" here Monday.
The seminar is to celebrate World Press Freedom Day, besides the golden jubilee of the Keralasabdam weekly.
Chief Minister Oommen Chandy will inaugurate the media seminar, which will be attended by top journalists from the state.
