Nine killed Nepal road accident

Kathmandu, May 6 (Xinhua-ANI): Just a day after the avalanche triggered flood created major havoc in the Kaski district in western Nepal, a road accident in the same district on Sunday has added to the tragedy of the people, according to local media.
At least nine people died when a jeep carrying passengers fell some 300 meters below the road, local TV channel reported.
The injured are also said to be in a critical condition and rushed to hospital in Pokhara, some 200 km west of Kathmandu.
Rescue team have reached the site for rescue operation of the victims. (Xinhua-ANI)
