Megan Fox stops interview over 'baby' question

Melbourne, May 5 (ANI): Megan Fox cut an interview short after she was asked whether the reports of her pregnancy were true.

Last week, sources "confirmed" to E! News that the 'Transformers' star was expecting her first child with Brian Austin Green, but both Fox and her hubby have kept quiet about the rumours.

However, during a chat with Fox, UK presenter Steve Jones hinted at the reports while asking the 25-year old about her favourite gadget, resulting in the actress' publicist cutting her interview with the Welsh TV star, News.com.au reported.

On behalf of ET Online, Steve asked Fox: "Do you know the ultimate gadget that every man wants? A baby?"

Fox quickly replied: "A baby? Oh, I know where you're going with this?"

Jones then tried to ask directly if the pregnancy reports were true, to which Megan responded: "You hear the grumbles... No, no."

Her publicist was then heard telling Jones to end his interview with Fox, with Jones adding: "Either way, Megan, it was a pleasure talking to you."

Jones later apologised to Megan on Entertainment Tonight, stating: "I'd like to formerly apologise to Ms. Fox for attacking her with the word baby. Thankfully, there was a publicist there to stop me." (ANI)
