UAE Heritage Festival inaugurated

Abu Dhabi, April 23 (IANS/WAM) Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, one of the sovereign emirates in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) inaugurated the UAE Heritage Festival on the weekend.
On this occasion, the Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla said that the UAE Heritage Festival has become an integral part of the cultural life and showcases the true culture of a genuine nation.
He also praised the keenness of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Community Development to establish such festivals that contribute actively to the preservation of the country's valuable heritage.
