Leaked sex video drove me to breakdown, says Tulisa

London, Apr 21 (ANI): Tulisa Contostavlos revealed on Friday how the leaking of her secret sex film led to a seven-day mental collapse.

The 23-year-old singer went into "mourning" and could not sleep or eat after the explicit video was leaked online last month.

Friends feared for her health as she refused to leave the house and spent nights sleeping on the floor.

The singer said she was "devastated".

"I stayed on the bathroom floor for seven days," the Daily Star quoted here as saying.

"I just wouldn't go out of the house.

"Couldn't sleep. Didn't really want to eat anything.

"I didn't want to smile. I didn't want to be happy.

"It was like a level of mourning, do you know what I mean?

"I needed to have my tears and tantrums, my bad moods, and get myself into a state to come back out of it.

"I literally just woke up one morning as happy as Larry, put on my best dress, make-up, full hair: 'OK, I'm going out'," she said.

Setting the record straight on YouTube helped 'The X Factor' judge snap out of her misery.

She blamed ex-lover Justin "Ultra" Edwards, 28, for the leak and accused him of trying to cash in on her fame.

She has since obtained an injunction banning the film and is reportedly suing Edwards, who denies her claims, for 100,000 pounds. (ANI)
