New Delhi, April 19 (IANS) The CBI Thursday registered a case against V.R.S. Natarajan, chief of the the state-owned Bharat Earth Movers Ltd, and Tamil Nadu-based consultancy firm Astral Consultants' director C.S. Srivatsan, in connection with alleged irregularities in the import of heavy-duty Tatra trucks for the Indian Army, an official said here.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) registered cases of cheating and corruption on a day when searches were conducted at the premises of the two -- Natarajan and Srivatsan -- in Bangalore and Coimbatore.
