Teacher shot dead in capital

New Delhi, April 18 (IANS) A 28-year-old school teacher was found shot dead in a park in the capital, police said Wednesday.
Pradeep's body was recovered around 10 p.m. Tuesday from a park in west Delhi's Narela area after a passerby informed the police.
The victim, who had six bullet wounds on his body, hailed from Haryana and was employed as a teacher in Aditya Bharti Public School in Narela. He was staying with his maternal uncle in Rajiv Colony in the area and had left the house around 7 p.m. Tuesday, the police said.
A senior police officer said prima-facie it seemed to be a case of personnel rivalry. "A case of murder has been registered and investigation is on," said the officer.
